We all know there have been some radical changes in the political landscape of some North African and Middle Eastern countries – Egypt’s one of them. One aspect of revolution that has been important since the beginning of who-knows-when, is art.
I recently became aware of an awesome piece on a barrier wall near the now-notorious Tahrir Square in Cairo by an artist by the name of Sheikh Khan. This wall wasn’t always there and Khan reminds us of that.
